Interior Designing: Sector 74, Capetown, Supertech, Noida

Design a bachelor pad? Sure. Siddhant and Samarth, have come all the way from Bihar to become lawyers. The two brothers, wanted to have a little space all for themselves before they step into the real world. For this, they chose us to help them in building their dream into an actual space that situates in Noida. The subtle taste is what they required and that is precisely what they got. They met with one of our talented interior designers, Sakshi, who understood their personality and taste after one meeting. Being in the law field, they directly went to the classic color theme of whites and grays with an ample amount of woodwork going through the house to accentuate the place. The way the chilled out brothers coordinated smoothly with us really made it fun to design their space.

1. The Foyer

When you enter the house your mind fills with serenity as you step through a Zen kind of an environment. The concept of the subtlety starts from this very space as you see the white walls and ceiling with accent woodwork around.

2. The Living Room

Samarth’s love for white can be clearly seen from this very first room of the house. The cozy yet cool living room marks an impressionable image of the house. The grey cement laminate finish on the walls with a featured wooden batons panel at the end gives a masculine look to the space. Matching the wood work on the wall with the TV cabinet opposite to it gives it a complete look. The false ceiling finished with white color and woodwork in the middle and the wooden flooring is there to provide a balanced feel to it.

Our writers from the editorial desk have covered much more on wall designs in our in house Magazine.

Dining Table with Bench and Painting on Wall

The white L-shaped sofa and the accent blue armchair with the ottoman makes the space a little cooler for the bachelor brothers. The ambient lighting along with the natural light entering through the balcony in front of the room brighten ups the place making it lively.

3. The Master Bedroom

Taking the same concept of neutral and subtle colors into the bedroom, both the brothers were very pleased to see their favourite whites and grays in their personal space. The back wall of the bed has a wooden frame finished with cove lighting and textured paint, as finalized by Siddhant.

The functional and efficient walk in wardrobe is a true testament of modernity. The under play of the stone basin with the wooden veneer is so subtle yet glorious. The spacious wardrobe leaves no reason for complaint with its perfect lighting and accommodating structure. The mix of wooden veneer of the wardrobes with the solid colors in the vanity cupboard – all the elements came together in the right way. The clients loved the way the wardrobe finally came around.

5. Balcony

The Client wanted the Balcony to have a minimal design. The Balcony was given a Matte Gris Tile of Simpolo, with Potted Plants. We came across a beautiful Stone Pot in Jaipur which had a nice intricate relief work which was chosen for the balcony. The windows of course were from floor to ceiling with a black UPVC encasing. The small bench with a ensconced upholstery completed the final look of this space.
